controversy?

[edit]

The article on this film in the Hebrew Wikipedia [1], as translated into English by Google Translate [2] suggests there was a legal dispute between director Avi Nesher and one of the actors, Ruby Porat Shoval (who plays Jeannette Shushan, Nicole's mother). The translation is garbled but it suggests that this was resolved by agreement in 2011. I've searched via Google and Google News for English- or French-language sources about this, and all I could find was this opinion piece in Haaretz which mentions the dispute briefly: [3]. This mentions "a well publicized quarrel with one of the actresses, Porat Shoval" but gives no further details on that "quarrel". The same opinion piece mostly concerns itself with the film not being nominated for the Ophir Award categories of Best Picture, Best Producer, and Best Screenplay.
