Talk:Two Hands Anyhow

The article states that the goal is to lift as much weight overhead using any technique. It then goes on to say that the world record is 448 lbs. If you're allowed to use any technique, isn't a clean & jerk a valid two hands anyhow? And if so, wouldn't the world record be at least 586 lbs, set by Leonid Taranenko? — Preceding unsigned comment added by 128.237.249.175 (talk) 18:36, 28 March 2012 (UTC)[reply]

Good point - what's meant is that two separate implements are lifted (one in each hand). I've edited the article to reflect that. ··gracefool 💬 02:47, 6 March 2019 (UTC)[reply]

Picture[edit]

User:gracefool: The picture you added only shows the lifting of weights with one hand. I guess this is step one, before Saxon lifts the other weight on the floor with his second hand. Isn't there a better picture where we can see him lift both weights with both hands please?Zigzig20s (talk) 00:00, 5 March 2019 (UTC)[reply]

On Wikipedia the rule is be bold! If you can find such an image feel free to add it. I don't have any special sources. ··gracefool 💬 02:47, 6 March 2019 (UTC)[reply]
