Background of Officers and Directors Section[edit]

I've removed this section from the article because it looked like it was directly lifted from an unclear source, and it was not suitable for entry in the state it was in. If the actual stock report can be found and correctly cited, we should be able to use parts of it in the article. For reference, the content I removed can be found in this diff.
