Name[edit]

Wasn't the correct name for this just "UFO" or was it "UFO Club"? If it was the former, as I understand, it should be moved to "UFO (club)". Tyrenius 01:28, 4 May 2006 (UTC)[reply]

Club?[edit]

In Boyd's own book it is sometimes referred to as "UFO club", and there was certainly a membership fee.

However Boyd never refers to the expansion "Universal Freak Out". He writes that at first he and Hopkins were not split on wether to call the club "UFO" or "Night Tripper" and that early on flyers bore both names.

It was definitely known as UFO, and I have posted a picture of a membership card that shows the name and format.
