New Leyte Gulf Book[edit]

I've included references to The Defenders of Taffy 3 on Eversole's page because it was involved in defending Taffy 1 from the Japanese submarine I-56 as well as carrying Leyte Gulf survivors as is mentioned in the book. Loss of Eversole[edit]

There is a much better discussion about the loss of the Eversole on the page for I-45, this is unfortunate. I’m not sure how to properly edit this page to include all of that info, but could try someday. I think there should be a loss section on this page with the I-45 loss info.
