Safeco Plaza

[edit]

Safeco Plaza redirects here however Emporis says Safeco is another building http://www.emporis.com/en/wm/bu/?id=10014avenuenueplaza-seattle-wa-usa 1001 Fourth Avenue Plaza. I would like to get this straightened out since the other safeco plaza was briefly tallest west of the Mississippi.Americasroof (talk) 16:09, 17 August 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Skyscraper?

[edit]

Going by the the page for skyscrapers, the term "describes [a building] of at least 40–50 floors". The tower (22 floors) didn't get close to this definition. I don't really know the procedure here, but if nobody responds, I'll go ahead and make that edit again. --63.147.70.46 (talk) 20:30, 11 July 2017 (UTC)[reply]

The same page defines a skyscraper as something over 100 meters, which is narrowly above what the UW Tower is. It can be considered a single high-rise, but not a "complex", which would describe multiple high-rise buildings. SounderBruce 20:13, 15 July 2017 (UTC)[reply]
