I think this article would benefit from a linguistic gloss of the individual morphemes in the Hawaiian sentence. There's already an explanation of what ke Ea, ka ʻĀina, and ka Pono mean, but it would be easier for readers to internalize the true meaning of the phrase if provided with grammatical context.
