how does this differ from Ukraine Lend Lease?[edit]
I'm not sure how this differs from the lend lease and other military assistance given to Ukraine by the US in 2022 post-invasion. Perhaps someone more knowledgeable could add a clarifying statement? It seems to me that this initiative essentially gives ukraine money to then contract with US companies to buy their systems. Kenzie.one (talk) 12:47, 29 September 2022 (UTC)[reply]
I have the same question but couldn’t find an answer after searching thoroughly. I’m especially wondering who is paying for the assistance ie is it the US given the tanks or will Ukrainian pay back, as Europe did with the Marshall plan post WW2? Phm123 (talk) 18:54, 29 January 2023 (UTC)[reply]
