– I work in corporate communications at Mark's employer Nestlé. A quick Google News search shows that reliable sources[1][2][3] universally call him "Mark Schneider" without the "Ulf". Oppose as proposed. A Google News search shows hits for the current title from CNBC, Fox Business, Financial Times, Fortune, The Seattle Times, Reuters, The Wall Street Journal, Business Insider, etc. What we would need to see is evidence of the WP:COMMONNAME in a preponderance of reliable sources, and we have only anecdotal evidence in this request. Comment from COI Nominator: Thanks @Dekimasu: and @Roman Spinner:! When I nominated, I hadn't realized there were so many mainstream sources that use the "Ulf". I don't know if this is helpful, but when I search "ulf mark schneider" I get 12,100 results versus 343,000+ for "mark schneider" -"ulf". A Google News search is similar, with 1,200 results with Ulf to 13,500 with no "Ulf." While each of the versions of his name are used at least some of the time by reputable sources, it does seem like leaving out the "ulf" is more common. Thank you, this is helpful. However, when I run the Google search for "mark schneider" -"ulf", most of the hits I see are for other people named "Mark Schneider" (only 7 of the top 50 hits are for this "Mark Schneider"). In that context, it might be worth keeping the full name for the sake of precision. For what it's worth, I get 59,000 normal hits for "Mark Schneider" + "Nestle" and 7,000 Google News hits. Mark Schneider Bio Updates[edit]

I work in corporate communications at Mark's employer Nestlé. In compliance with WP:COI, I'd like to propose a small addition to the end of the Career section to cover what Schneider has done as CEO of Nestlé over the last five years. In Schneider's first five years as CEO of Nestlé, he took the company out of stagnant product categories like bottled water and expanded into growing markets like supplements and plant proteins.^[1] Nestlé completed 85 acquisitions,^[1] while also selling many Nestlé businesses like the skincare division in order to focus on the food and beverage markets.^[2] Sales growth accelerated.^[1] According to Financial Times, Schneider also led "some of the sector’s more ambitious environmental targets," such as a $2 billion effort to improve the recyclability of Nestlé's product packaging.^[1]
