I have found an entry for Westermark on page 492 of Vem är hon 1988, http://runeberg.org/vemarhon/0492.html. Her father was a linjemästare, i.e. a supervisor of electrical, telephone or telegraph lines (thanks to the Humanities Reference Desk). Her husband Per Westermark is redlinked on sv Wikipedia: he died in a drowning accident at the age of 24-25 after producing three volumes of poetry and is the subject of a 2016 masters thesis.
