Fanservice Anime?

Although this term often used (incorrectly) by fans, I don't think it is right to define the anime itself as fanservic, rather than to mention it contain a lot of fanservice. Photo Confusion

I believe the synopsis of episode 12 regarding the photo to be incorrect! I believe the photo Makoto gives Silk is actually the one we see just before the end of the episode (the one of them both in Kyoto), and the one of a transformed Silk is probably being held by Okamura, although in the next shot it appears that no-one in the room is holding a photo! However behind the photo of the transformed Silk is a desk, which is possibly the desk Okamura, Mayu and everyone are around in the next shot!
