Nickelodeon Movies' credits[edit]

this is bizarre. the trailer contains the banner's logo, and from what i can gather it is present on theatrical prints, however today with the release of the film on digital, those credits seem to have been completely stripped. do we credit via a note? what do we do? We go by the official credits of the film, not a promotional trailer. I watched the credits and did not see Nickelodeon mentioned at all. Not sure why, but it's not our place to try to explain it (without sources). Mike Allen 03:12, 8 November 2023 (UTC)[reply]

That copyright doc is not for the movie. Also, apparently Nickelodeon was shown in the theatrical version (and the billing block too), but was replaced with Paramount Animantion in the digital release. It's weird tho. IAmNMFlores (talk) 02:47, 29 November 2023 (UTC)[reply]

It is, it’s just the website is flaky and hard to direct link to. Can we find a source saying Nick only appeared in theatrical version? It was released in very very limited theaters, so it may be impossible. There’s no reviews on Varierty or THR. This whole film release has been odd. Mike Allen 10:25, 29 November 2023 (UTC)[reply]

Runtime[edit]

The film began streaming in November 2023, thus we use that runtime that is sourced to the BBFC per WP:FILMRUNTIME. The DVD came out in December and apparently added six minutes. If no reliable sources have reported on the reasoning for the extra runtime, then there is no reason to add it here. Mike Allen 20:34, 24 April 2024 (UTC)[reply]

@Mike Allen: I'm not convinced there is extra footage in the DVD release as I can't find any reference to it. Rather, I suspect that the 83 minute runtime at the BBFC is due to PAL speedup from 86 minutes to 83 minutes (4% difference is 3m44s). The BBFC's guidelines for submitting VOD content allow for submission on DVD [1].

I checked a few UK VOD sites. Google Play has 86 minutes [2] Apple has 87 minutes [3] Amazon has 89 minutes [4] Microsoft has 86 minutes [5] and YouTube has 87 minutes [6]. Sky Store is admittedly an outlier at 83 minutes, although there's the possibility they've just lifted the info from the BBFC.[7]. Barry Wom (talk) 10:28, 25 April 2024 (UTC)[reply]
