The USG is an organization that is vital to campus life at Stony Brook University. It has an annual budget of 3.1 million dollars. I am currently working on building the page. ☭ moizkhan (talk) 23:10, 2 January 2010 (UTC)[reply]

Polity History

[edit]

There should be a section about SCOOP (Student Cooperative) and Polity SAB, along with concert history. —Preceding unsigned comment added by Dmazza (talkcontribs) 22:41, 4 January 2010 (UTC)[reply]

Ethics

[edit]

I applaud your efforts to COMMUNICATE to the public as to what USG does but... I can already see what this is becoming. And it needs to stop before it really starts. It's just you two now but before you know it, every person in USG will try to put their name 7 times (really, Moiz?) in here. Any clearly non-objective statements and/or attempts at self-promotion will be vigilantly modified, no matter how subtle. Thanks. — Preceding unsigned comment added by 108.27.247.55 (talk) 03:52, 23 June 2012 (UTC)[reply]

I wrote the information from the perspective of the general onlooker. I didn't intend to self-promote myself. Simply to state the history as it happened. Things are done by people, and I wrote who they were done by. Moizk (talk) 01:47, 26 September 2012 (UTC)[reply]

No, Moiz. You wrote it from your perspective, that much is undeniably clear from the way it is written. The history heavily leans towards recent events. If you read it as a general onlooker, you get the impression like no one did anything in USG before you showed up. That bleeds through in the content whether you're conscious of it or not. The "Success Years" which I've since renamed to Recent Years? Lol, come on now. 108.27.247.55 (talk) 01:55, 20 December 2012 (UTC)[reply]

Fair points. Moizk (talk) 03:14, 21 December 2012 (UTC)[reply]

Good article

Good article nomination?--I'm on day 4 (talk) 07:11, 29 March 2017 (UTC)[reply]

No way. More like a candidate for deletion. It's just a vanity project. Maproom (talk) 08:31, 30 August 2017 (UTC)[reply]
