It seems to me that the important part is the launch vehicle, and not the satellite, therefore the launch vehicle article should be the primary article. The satellite is just a footnote, while all the military impact is the development of this launcher, and the geopolitical impact is the launch of this rocket, and not the satellite at all. 70.24.248.211 (talk) 14:17, 14 April 2012 (UTC)[reply]
