"In the 12 January 1995 National Assembly Election, the UPDP-Chamoua retained one seat, retained by Professor Salifou, from the Zinder constituency."

Good catch. I'll take a look at at the 97 edition of Decalo when I get home, and see what that says. You might just comment that out until there's a definitive reference, but it seems highly unlikely that it would be anyone else... T L Miles (talk) 16:07, 29 May 2009 (UTC)[reply]
