Findings[edit]

The cause shown of "Pilot error" is not supported by the official report, which uses more judicious wording. Dumbing it down to "pilot error" misses the root causes which could be addressed by subsequent remedial actions.LeadSongDog come howl! 05:10, 24 April 2013 (UTC)[reply]

Flight name[edit]

All sources in the article (including the NTSB report and a New York Times article) unambiguously describe the flight name as "United Express Flight 6291".

Please DO NOT rename this page without ample evidence to justify the change. Per WP:COMMONNAME this is the correct page name.
