inline links suck when they go 404 -- see talk[edit]

Inline links suck when they go 404. When a reference goes 404, but whoever used it included the title, publication, author, date of publication, it remains a valid link. A reader can use that info to look for mirrors, or go to the Library to look up the paper copy.
