This UN mission article is equivalent to this UNHRC mission article Independent International Commission of Inquiry on the Syrian Arab Republic. Most UN missions have its own WP-article. The Ghouta attack was only one of the chemical attacks this UN mission investigated. I have also linked to this article from the Khan al-Assal chemical attack (see the timeline).
