Capitalisation[edit]
I have removed the capitalisation template because the title as given - Special Rapporteur on the promotion of truth, justice, reparation and guarantees of non-recurrence - follows standard United Nations usage, where only the S and R are upper case. The alternative, Special Rapporteur on the Promotion of Truth, Justice, Reparation and Guarantees of Non-recurrence (or Non-Recurrence), would be a bit unwieldy.
