Lead section: Add a colon in the part where you break down the indoctrination course (second line). The lead section is a good generalization of what is to come, but you end up just repeating the same sentences in the lead as you do in the “phases” section. Consider rewording or adding a new layer instead of repeating the same sentences. Article: I think you would benefit from adding photos of the training courses that these candidates are put through. Either that, or give an example of an exercise or calisthenic that the candidate is supposed to perform so the reader can get a better visual about what you are talking about. Another interesting section could be if you included well-known US Air Force Pararescuers. This could allow for a whole new realm of wikipedia pages to open, all stemming originally from your article. References: You seem to have a good amount of resources, but some of the ctations (particularly 2 and 3) look a little bit concise. Make sure you have all of the necessary information e.g. publisher, date, etc so that your citation is accurate and traceable. Very intriguing though, I learned a lot so far.
