Editors of this page must take into account the affiliations of Republican members with the Non-Partisan League. People like Usher Burdick were not a tradional Republicans. --AlexWCovington (talk) 22:38, 5 November 2006 (UTC)[reply]

Alignment of Congresses

[edit]

I don't know how to fix this, but certain Senators (Burdick, Young, and others, served in Congresses beyond where they are shown on the timeline. For example, Burdick lived into the 102nd Congress even though this is not shown on the chart. There are several places where sitting Senators died, but their replacement is shown as the only Senator during that entire Congress. Bruxism (talk) 03:16, 7 January 2010 (UTC)[reply]

It's an error with how browsers render the tables, I've known about it since I first made them. Even if the rowspans are set right, sometimes they'll dedicate one pixel (or less) to the row. I don't know how to fix it. --Golbez (talk) 23:31, 7 January 2010 (UTC)[reply]
