The main article could be improved to clear up an ambiguous point: was tackling your own team members permitted, as it was in Flashball (see the paragraph on Flashball in Talk:Football)? For instance, if one of your own team members has extracted the ball from a burial and taken off running down the field, going for the wrong goal line, what other option is there, but to tackle him?
