University Partnership Programme → University Partnerships Programme – The current page name is missing a 's' on the end of 'Partnership' therefore inaccurately spelling the company name. Here is some evidence that the name should be University Partnerships Programme - [1] and [2]. KLJCheck (talk) 19:20, 22 March 2016 (UTC)

Correcting inaccuracies in article
[edit]Hello, my name is Katie and work in the Communications team at UPP. I've noticed quite a few inaccuracies on the University Partnerships Programme (UPP) page and would like to get it updated to avoid confusion. I've outlined below some of the changes - please could someone review them and implement the changes to the page is up to date and accurate?
The University Partnership Programme, known as the UPP, was a PFI scheme between the various Universities and Jarvis plc to build and maintain student accommodation. In 2004, Jarvis Plc sold this business to the Alma Mater Fund which is managed by 3i and Barclays Private Equity, who now maintain the UPP accommodation as UPP Projects Ltd - this description is really old and not correct.
A more accurate description would be - University Partnerships Programme, known as UPP, is the leading provider of on campus student accommodation infrastructure and support services in the UK. It has around 30,000 rooms under management or in construction through long term partnerships with 14 leading UK universities. UPP employs over 700 people. The Company was established in 1998 as a division of Jarvis plc and in 2004, it was sold to Alma Mater Fund which was managed by 3i and Barclays's Infrastructure Funds. In 2012, a majority stake in UPP was sold to Dutch pension fund manager PGGM.

- University of Nottingham
- Nottingham Trent University
- Oxford Brookes University
- Plymouth University
- University of Reading
- University of York

- Type - Private
- Industry - University accommodation
