Cooperation with local colleges[edit]

The main site seems to indicate that a number of Cape Verdean colleges/technical schools (such as ISE) are working closely with the University of Cape Verde, or are actually now a part of the university, especially in terms of graduate coursework. My lack of portuguese skills makes this hard to sort out the subtleties of this situation. Can anyway figure out what's going on? --Tanketz 06:21, 14 November 2007 (UTC)[reply]
