University_of_Delaware#Athletics already has the majority of YoUDee's content:

"The athletic teams at Delaware are known as the Fightin' Blue Hens with a mascot named YoUDee. YoUDee is a Blue Hen Chicken, after the team names and the state bird of Delaware. YoUDee was elected into the mascot hall of fame in 2006, and is an eight-time UCA Open Division Mascot National Champion."

Proposing to merge the remaining content here (a couple of sentences) and redirect YoUDee to the athetics section.

Oppose per Eagles247. I think we can close this proposal? Jweiss11 (talk) 03:52, 9 February 2020 (UTC)
Oppose per all above; it can no longer be said that the "majority" of the YoUDee page's contents are seen at the proposed target page. PCN02WPS (talk | contribs) 16:07, 17 February 2020 (UTC)

Update

I find "there exists an area of closed dormitories (the former Dickinson and Rodney dormitory complexes) that lie at the outer edge of Main Campus across South Main Street". These complexes have been demolished. The Rodney name was reused for residences and dining hall on Academy Street; do not confuse with the former Rodney complex. Carlm0404 (talk) 20:38, 27 July 2020 (UTC)

And I did find this elsewhere in this article about the present Rodney complex: "The Caesar Rodney Residence and Dining Hall opened in fall 2015 on Academy Street across from Perkins Student Center." Carlm0404 (talk) 20:42, 27 July 2020 (UTC)

Add section about DE SEED Scholarship

I've created a wiki article about the Delaware SEED Scholarship. I feel it's important for people to know about. — Preceding unsigned comment added by BoredBored (talkcontribs) 23:12, 4 December 2020 (UTC)

Stand-alone "Controversies" section needs to be merged into other sections, mostly the "History" section

It's poor practice for an article to have a stand-alone "Controversies" section. They tend to present issues disconnected from the critical contexts that led to them and are often best handled by integrating into the "History" section or other more topic-specific sections. I currently work at this university so of course I won't make these edits myself. ElKevbo (talk) 18:39, 30 October 2021 (UTC)

I concur. As a start, I've tagged the section with {{csection}}. {{u|Sdkb}}talk 06:52, 3 November 2021 (UTC)
