UW Medicine should not redirect to UW School of Medicine[edit]

UW Medicine should not redirect to the article University of Washington School of Medicine. University of Washington School of Medicine is one of eight entities under UW Medicine. See uwmedicine.org for details. A new article called "UW Medicine" should be created. The content that used to be under "User:UWM Scribe" is the closest content I have seen on Wikipedia that outlines the eight entities that make up UW Medicine.

UW Medicine could be created as a new article. If you believe that the collection of 8 entities (UW Medicine) is sufficiently noteworthy for its own unique wikipedia article, you are welcome to start a page on that subject. In the absence of such an article, I think the redirect is appropriate, as it is now. Rytyho usa (talk) 06:35, 13 January 2014 (UTC)[reply]
