"As the university expands, it is trying to revive the area into a safe place to live and work." This article is clearly written by Duquesne University PR staff in a bid to bolster DU's reputation. I'd argue that Duquesne University, and even worse Duquesne University teamed with UPMC, adversely affects the Uptown neighborhood in several ways.
