De Soto mention inaccurate/unrelated[edit]

"Vacunagate" is related with the irregular vaccination of political leaders, with the use of Sinopharm doses that were sent to Universidad Cayetano Heredia, therefore De Soto vaccination in the USA is in no way related to that Vacunagate scandal (also, it was legal then to vaccinate non-residents in Texas - source: https://www.wfaa.com/article/news/health/coronavirus/vaccine/do-you-have-to-be-us-citizen-to-get-covid-19-vaccine-what-immigrants-need-to-know-coronavirus-green-card-immigration/287-416b0959-3b7d-4545-90d0-2fd34a41521a - The vaccine itself was paid by US federal gov., and the application of the doses were paid by himself to a private pharmaceutical. His vaccination,then, wasn't illegal, but there are some ethical implications - a vaccine paid by American citizens being applied to a Peruvian vs vaccinating a person in his 80's) To sum up, his mention in this article is unrelated, and can even be a sign of not neutrality. Add another section if wanted to mention it, such as "Another irregular vaccination revelations"
