Age[edit]

This article says she was born in 1928 but the NY Public Library archives says she was born in 1932 and the NY Times obituary says she was 59 at her death. I put both in the article. 2607:FB90:549E:D17D:FDB3:966B:E28D:B5C4 (talk) 00:28, 17 July 2019 (UTC)[reply]

Seems the 1928 date is correct, with 1932 presumably being a "vanity age"; her parents are given in some sources (for example, Who's Who in the Theatre, 16th edition, 1981, which however states she was born in 1932) as Frank Orvin Percy Harrison and Muriel Clare, née Smith, and the birth of Valerie Harrison registered in June 1928 at Croydon, mother's maiden name "Smith" is the only record between 1927 and 1933 that matches. A Valerie Harrison's birth at Edmonton (North London) was registered June 1932, but mother's maiden name "Sherreard" contradicts parents' names. — Preceding unsigned comment added by 88.109.204.99 (talk) 02:07, 7 February 2023 (UTC)[reply]
