Number of Vickers F.B. 19 Mk I sent to Russia - 50 (+1)

[edit]

A single MkI was sent on 2 August 1916 in two crates to Russia (SS Santaren) as a demonstration. According to sanction №10643 of the British Government on 24/9/16 an order №17 for 50 VICKERS-SCOUT Airplanes with spares was placed. (44000£). The order had been completed. According to the "List of aircraft available at the Central Aviation Depot in Moscow" on 20.09.17, there still were 43 Vickers (without engines). 78.63.26.107 (talk) 08:21, 24 February 2023 (UTC)[reply]

It seems to me that the British Royal Navy had nothing to destroy (Vickers F.B.19 MkI) during the evacuation of the allied expeditionary force in 1919. All aircraft were in Moscow. 78.63.26.107 (talk) 08:28, 24 February 2023 (UTC)[reply]
