Inconsistency in engine and its placement ?[edit]

Is there not some inconsistency here ? :

It was driven by a separately compartmented 86 hp engine

The engine was an air-cooled 90 hp Armstrong Siddeley engine derived from an aircraft type. Surprisingly the engine and transmission was distributed throughout the hull

The article is talking about two different tanks designs; the "Vickers Light Tank" which really only reached prototype and another design developed from it which started off as being called a "Light" tank but was renamed as "Medium". GraemeLeggett (talk) 16:36, 23 March 2013 (UTC)[reply]

Production figures[edit]

No numbers built are given in the info box, which I find disappointing given that the Medium Mk I was one of very few mass-produced tanks of the 20s - this should be visible from the very beginning of the article. Under »Variants«, a total of 80 tanks are mention. This is probably sourced from Duncan (1973), although no citation is given. However, this (perhaps dubious) source lists a total of 200 built.
