I notice the image page specifies that the image is being used under fair use but there is no explanation or rationale as to why its use in this Wikipedia article constitutes fair use. Picture of site at present[edit]

I have noticed on Wikimedia Commons that there is a picture showing how the Eastgate Quarters site appears at present. Could someone upload this onto the article as I don't know how to move pictures from Wikimedia Commons onto Wikipedia. I believe it would be worthwhile including to show how the site appears at present. Thanks for uploading or contributing to Image:Eastgatelogo.png. I notice the image page specifies that the image is being used under fair use but there is not a suitable explanation or rationale as to why each specific use in Wikipedia constitutes fair use. Please go to the image description page and edit it to include a fair use rationale.

Victoria Gate, Victoria Quarter[edit]

This article was formerly entitled Victoria Gate and was about a proposed, then under construction, modern shopping area. Now that Victoria Gate has been opened, it has been combined commercially with another shopping area, Victoria Quarter, and the two articles have been combined, updated and (most importantly) had the marketing material removed.
