Hi, the portrait-shot File:Victoria Marinova promoting her new TV show 'Detector' on TVN, Sep 2018.jpg will be deleted from Commons, as it's not free. However, as :en has an exemption policy, the image might be claimed as "fair use", especially as the depicted person is deceased and no freely-licensed new images can be created at this time. --Túrelio (talk) 19:16, 8 October 2018 (UTC)[reply]
Any sources from Bulgaria stating why they arrested the Romanian?[edit]

According to the latest reports, he was a Romanian citizen of Ukrainian descent, probably a vagrant. DNA evidence did not match the one from the scene, and hence he has been released. In the last few hours reports have come in about a Bulgarian being arrested in Germany, but nothing official so far. The wiki article will likely expand significantly in the coming days and weeks, so let's wait until some decent sources are available. Skycycle (talk) 22:28, 9 October 2018 (UTC)[reply]
