Lastenstraße

[edit]

We cannot translate "Lastenstraße" by "burden road". I tried "cargo road", but this is not ideal either. --Austrian 20:46, 16 April 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Maybe "service road"? Herbivore (talk) 03:21, 6 March 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Naturhistorisches Museum

[edit]

The picture labeled as the Kunsthistorisches Museum was incorrect. One can see the Museumsquartier in the background, and as the photograph, taken from the front of the building on from the building's right side (the person's perspective if they were in front of the Naturhistorisches Museum), portrays the facade of the building as it's facing Maria-Theresien Platz (the square in between the two museums). If the picture was taken of the Kunsthistorisches Museum from a similar angle, from the right side of the building, one would see the Hofburg and Heldenplatz, not Museumsquartier. Based on the angle that the picture was taken, and what is in the background, the building that is being photographed is the Naturhistorisches Museum. — Preceding unsigned comment added by Mweinshel (talkcontribs) 04:03, 6 July 2011 (UTC)[reply]

Title

[edit]

Why is this article titled "Vienna Ring Road"? I have always heard it referred to by its German name, Ringstraẞe, even in English. - Presidentman talk · contribs (Talkback) 19:10, 25 August 2017 (UTC)[reply]
