Help needed[edit]

I created what I consider to be an important article, but it needs a lot more work. Most of the easily obtainable sources are either rudimentary or susceptible to bias - his obituary, one of the chief sources I used, doesn't have a death date, and is actually written by Zhdanov's wife. Any help greatly appreciated. Blackmissionary (talk) 06:11, 7 November 2010 (UTC)[reply]

Thanks for your help and care, Blackmissionary. Did you happen to see this article? Best wishes. Biosthmors (talk) pls notify me (i.e. {{U}}) while signing a reply, thx 17:56, 9 August 2015 (UTC)[reply]

More help needed / translation[edit]

There are now a wide variety of Wikipedia articles in other languages on the subject of Viktor Zhdanov, including Ukrainian and Russian, which have additional information which could be integrated into the English article.

The problem is it needs someone with sufficient skill in reading Russian or Ukrainian to not only properly translate the bits that could be put across, but to also assess the merits of the primary sources that those articles use. Blackmissionary (talk) 03:41, 21 November 2020 (UTC)[reply]

Ukrainian ethnicity[edit]

Is there any proof? If a person was born in Ukraine, this does not make him ethnically Ukrainian yet. Terunosuke (talk) 05:43, 17 August 2023 (UTC)[reply]
