Rename (2005) Vilnia -> Vilnia River[edit]

Vilnia RiverVilnia – 1. The usual river naming convention in Europe, including Lithuania, is "Foo" - see Category:Rivers of Lithuania; this is an odd man out. 3. Vilnia already redirects here so we are only moving the article over a redirect, but this one needs admin intervention.
