Hi Madhuri, great job on the preliminary steps of organizing your article. I particularly like that you’ve added and articulated on the sexual violence section. The article was very short prior to your work and now it has more than doubled in size. For your next contribution, you should consider working to make the lead section include an accepted definition of domestic violence from a reliable source and changing the domestic violence section sub-section title as gender-based violence is a form of domestic violence and not the other way around. This would clarify what constitutes domestic violence. Moreover, more sourcing and illustrations are needed. Most importantly, adequate coverage of domestic violence is needed and I hope you will add a sub-section on psychological and health outcomes in your next contribution. Hey Madhuri! I really like what you have contributed so far to this article. I agree with you on changing the title of the article, it will better fit the content and structure of the article. I would look back as some contributions you have made thus far and note which groups have these opinions / how prevelant is this idea. For example, “This complexity has not been recognized by the Peruvian government" should have some notion in the front of the sentence on who shares this view in order to clearly state that this is the popular view within the country and amongst scholars. When expanding the article, I would integrate more content on specific forms of domestic and sexual violence such as bride burning, forced marriage, etc. in order to highlight pressing issues within these general categories of gender-based violence. Hi--my name is Madhuri Venkateswar and I am editing this article for a university class.
