Removed "formally "Concerto for Violin and Orchestra""[edit]

I removed this from the lead section because it's redundant to inform the reader that the work was previously known as just "Violin Concerto" (or "Concerto for Violin and Orchestra"). The article for Rachmaninoff's Piano Concerto No. 1 doesn't include a statement saying that it was formerly (NB: not "formally") known as simply "Piano Concerto" until he wrote his second one.
