My personal statement[edit]

Hello, My name is Mohammed Kamara, and I am the editor of this topic on wikipedia. I just want to let you know that I am using this as a final project for my Technical writing class. Unfortunately, this is my first time to ever edit a wikipedia page, so if you can give me more time, I will make this page substantial enough for the wikipedia audiance.

Mkamara23, please sign your posts on this, the Talk page with four tildes (~), like this: ~~~~. For more info on this topic, see WP:SIGNATURE. Happy editing. Bus stop (talk) 22:57, 6 December 2009 (UTC)[reply]

This article, aside from the introductory paragraph, is only referencing water pollution. I think visual pollution need not involve water. And water pollution does not always have obvious visual signs. Perhaps much of this material belongs in an article such as Water pollution, or some other related-subject article? Or perhaps it needs a newly created article whose subject is polluted waterways in the United States. Bus stop (talk) 23:08, 6 December 2009 (UTC)[reply]

I am writing about visual pollution, and even though water pollution is not a major example of the Topic "Visual", i think that water, or air or land and either can impart this article alot. But i really want to edit this article, and i Can asure you that I will do my best.

Old revision is shown for logged out users[edit]

 – issue not with template, but with the page Visual pollution itself. —andrybak (talk) 16:30, 31 March 2020 (UTC)[reply]

Visual_pollution#United_States when I am logged-in, it is shown, but when I open it as a guest/not logged-in, it is not shown, I thought haven't set | footer = parameter was the cause of problem but even adding it didn't help.--Editor-1 (talk) 07:51, 31 March 2020 (UTC)[reply]

Editor-1, does it work now? Indeed, for me the images didn't show up in a private tab. The issue went away when I purged the page. It might have been some caching issue. —andrybak (talk) 08:36, 31 March 2020 (UTC)[reply]
To editor Andrybak: No, I have done Wikipedia:Purge before and nothing has changed, I tested with Firefox and GNOME Web in "Private" mode which provides the "guest/not logged-in" state.--Editor-1 (talk) 14:25, 31 March 2020 (UTC)[reply]
Editor-1, hmm, this is pretty weird. I've checked on a bunch of other machines, and only two pictures are seen in roughly 80% of cases. The issue goes away after a null edit. —andrybak (talk) 15:32, 31 March 2020 (UTC)[reply]
Editor-1, I think I figured it out. When logged out, click on "Permanent link" in the side bar. And check which revision is reported at the top. —andrybak (talk) 15:49, 31 March 2020 (UTC)[reply]

The page is not pending changes protected, I'm not sure what's causing this. —andrybak (talk) 15:50, 31 March 2020 (UTC)[reply]

To editor Andrybak: The problem is no longer exist, don't know what happened. Thanks for the attention.Editor-1 (talk) 08:18, 1 April 2020 (UTC)[reply]
