As the author of this article and many articles regarding clubs in Papua New Guinea, this article meets the requirements for WP:NFOOTY. Namely: Teams that have played in the national cup (or the national level of the league structure in countries where no cup exists) generally meet WP:GNG criteria. Teams that are not eligible for national cups must be shown to meet broader WP:N criteria.
This club is playing in the forthcoming National Soccer League, the highest level of football in Papua New Guinea, a country where no national cup exists, therefore passes notability guidelines. Other pages I have created include, but are not limited to, Star Mountain FC, PS Rutz and Tusbab Stallions, which also pass notability and have been live for almost a year or more now.
