Article Just Created Log

[edit]

Just stumbled across this fellow in a book on paramilitary violence after the first world war. Was surprised there was no English article, especially given the upsurge in Baltic diaspora nationalism after the outbreak of the Russia-Ukraine conflict :-). Figured I'd get it started while I had the book next to me. There is a corresponding article in Polish and Lithuanian, so if any speakers would like to translate. There is also a book about him written in Lithuanian published by the university of Chicago in the 1970s, and he seems to have written an autobiography but I cannot find it.
