Question to Raise?[edit]

  • Since this article is speculative, could we add that "Voices" by Rev Theory, Randy Orton's theme song, would likely appear on this CD. If so, how best should it be added to the article. It follows logic, considering that WWE has done it in the past, and that it is a song worthy of being added that has already debuted on television. 70.21.219.89 (talk) 01:45, 19 July 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Source[edit]

Link to the source is dead, and I can't find anything about WWE Anthology II on Yahoo. Googling it, this does turn up though: http://newsgroups.derkeiler.com/Archive/Rec/rec.sport.pro-wrestling/2008-06/msg06415.html however the link to MSNBC at the beginning of that page leads to a page not found error. SmackDown opening link[edit]

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=8yw6c2EKJZg

So let's think about this...the SmackDown theme has the lyric "If you rock like me," and there's a track called "If You Rock Like Me." I somehow doubt there's some other track by the same name that has never been heard. Maxwell7985 (talk) 18:30, 30 December 2008 (UTC)[reply]

So you linked to a YouTube video (which would not be allowed anyways since it's a copyright violation), there is no mention of the name of the track. You are speculating, which violates WP:OR. TJ Spyke 22:38, 30 December 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Told ya.Maxwell7985 (talk) 01:17, 6 January 2009 (UTC)[reply]

I never said it wasn't the title. I said their was no proof. TJ Spyke 01:23, 6 January 2009 (UTC)[reply]
Actually, TJ Spyke, you kinda were insinuating that it wasn't the title. So, Maxwell was right. 24.12.89.226 (talk) 02:45, 11 January 2009 (UTC)[reply]
No, I said he was just speculating that it was the SmackDown theme. Even if I thought he was right I would have reverted since he had no proof. TJ Spyke 04:12, 11 January 2009 (UTC)[reply]

Kane's theme[edit]

Any notice that on WWEshop.com and on BestBuy.com says that Kane's theme is called "Red"[1] and the wwe.com article says that its "Man On Fire" [2] which one should we choose? SuperSilver901 (talk) 01:49, 23 January 2009 (UTC)[reply]

WWE.com, it's the official website, while the shop is an online store. They most likely did not update the song name. SimonKSK 01:51, 23 January 2009 (UTC)[reply]

Not to mention that WWE Shop has R-Truth's them as "What''''''''''''''''s Up?" TJ Spyke 02:01, 23 January 2009 (UTC)[reply]

Age Against the Machine[edit]

Boston, MA, Rage Against the Machine tribute band Age Against the Machine performed Jack Swagger's theme, "Get On Your Knees". Proof: http://www.myspace.com/ageagainstthemachine - TerranRich (talk) 20:34, 27 January 2009 (UTC)[reply]

HAHA Hey, I have a band called Inkin Park, and my friend is in Illswitch Engage. They just ripped off their name? Hiphopchamp 20:04, 13 April 2009 (UTC) —Preceding unsigned comment added by 98.164.118.179 (talk) [reply]

Tribute bands use have names similar to the bands they are tributing (a Poison tribute band might call themselves Cyanide for example). TJ Spyke 01:06, 14 April 2009 (UTC)[reply]

Edited to rename back to "Age Against The Machine"...again... it'd be lovely if people would check the discussion tab before just assuming they know better, eh? --KsEdge (talk) 01:07, 31 August 2010 (UTC)[reply]

R Truth Theme[edit]

Who think R-Truth theme is corny than his TNA theme? I know they want to get make a different version of his TNA original version but why did Jim Johnston had to go and make so annoying: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=GfjljduW468&feature=related please listen and help me why its so stupid. Basically its not his song no more. —Preceding unsigned comment added by InfernoAdrenaline (talkcontribs) 23:11, 27 January 2009 (UTC)[reply]

1)This is not a messageboard, this page is for discussing improvements to the article. 2)Ron Killings wrote and composed the WWE version too, not Jim Johnston. TJ Spyke 01:30, 28 January 2009 (UTC)[reply]

Great Khali Theme[edit]

For clarification, the official album lists Land of Five Rivers' vocalist as Kulwinder Singh Johal. Panjabi MC is only listed as performing the Dhol drum. JBZA 23:44, 29 January 2009 (UTC)[reply]

Another Album[edit]

Another Album has been announced by WWE to "commemorate the 10th Anniversary of Friday Night SmackDown.". But the thing is I'm not sure if we should make it but I'm assuming not to considering we do not know the title. SuperSilver901 23:49, 24 February 2009 (UTC)[reply]

We couldn't make an article anyways with no name. Yeah, way too early. We don't know the name, the tracks, the release date (other than sometime this year). The only info we have is that they are working on a new album. TJ Spyke 00:06, 25 February 2009 (UTC)[reply]
