I don't think a citation is really needed for the ranking of the race, as in other races that information is usually not cited. That's why I've undone Tm464tm edition. But in case anyone still considers it is really important to cite a source for the rank of the race, the best one is UCI webiste. Here you have a direct link for 2006.
