Maintenance banner: Tennessee voter turnout 2020[edit]

Hi ,

I noticed that the maintenance banner states that this article needs to be updated and gives as a reason that the 2020 Tennessee voter turnout needs to be updated to the correct shading of voter turnout: 69.30% of turnout in the 2020 presidential election.

When I did some research to find Tennessee's voter turnout in 2020, I found the graph to be accurate and the number for Tennessee voter turnout in 2020 to be closer to 59-60%.

If anyone can provide a source with the other number, please do, but until then I'll remove the maintenance template.
