Table of episodes[edit]

An editor is insisting on adding an episode table, which at this point looks like a semi-filled template at best. This is an article, not a WP:sandbox. EauZenCashHaveIt (I'm All Ears) 07:25, 21 November 2015 (UTC)[reply]

I'm not really phased about this article, but (again) as per MOS:TV#Episode listing: "Ideally, the episode list will be presented as a table", so I changed from prose to table. Episode tables also support the future addition of summaries. If a television series has episodes, then an episode table is standard practice to display this information. Simply because there are only a few episodes, which you think is "semi-filled template" (and hence basing the content on your personal preference), that doesn't make it a sandbox. It's not a personal preference. There are no episode names, the episodes were all released simultaneously, and the writers are the same except for one additional writer in one episode. As of now, it is a template, and it does nothing but "puff" the article. As I said, this is not a sandbox. When a table can be justified, it can be recreated. Under what policy is this assuming the article is a sandbox, and under what policy states that an episode table cannot be created, when there's a MoS stating that all episodic information should be presented as such? Alex|The|Whovian 20:59, 21 November 2015 (UTC)[reply]
I gave you a detailed answer, but you keep policy shopping. There is not enough information to justify a table, which does at this point look like a template, with "Episode #" for episode names, same writing team (almost), and the same release date for all of them. It's a half assed product, and we don't do that. EauZenCashHaveIt (I'm All Ears) 00:28, 22 November 2015 (UTC)[reply]

Reception[edit]

Since I have no access to stable internet at the moment, can somebody start a reception section? Metacritic has pretty much everything. EauZenCashHaveIt (I'm All Ears) 10:01, 26 December 2015 (UTC)[reply]
