Why the S variant?[edit]

The title of the article is WDC 65C21 but throughout the article the S variant is consistently mentioned. What about the N variant? I suggest three options:

Change all instances of "65C21S" to "65C21" and add a mention that it is available in two variants, explaining the differences;
Change the article title to WDC 65C21S to align it with the content as written, which would then prompt the creation of an article called WDC 65C21N and ultimately they would be merged;
Leave things as they are, which is illogical.
