In the second sentence, is said company really that unimportant that it not be named?
Is it possible to mention when (if known) Peter and John Fellowship announced their bid, for consistency.
I would wikilink newsmagazine (IDK if I am dumb but I have never heard of that term until now).

I know the second point is informatively sufficient but "economic factors" itself is a bit vague IMO.

Comment: At first glance, as an outsider, I have no idea what this DYK means. My first thoughts are, "Why is super capitalized? Do they mean, 'It won't be great'?" My second thoughts are wondering if Super was the previous name of the station, and the name is changing. If that's the case, it's not that notable--organizations change names. - @Significa liberdade: It is a quirky, for sure. Super TV was programming the station aired (it made them money, too) until the over-the-air subscription TV market cratered.
