Is there a reason WXPN and WXPN-HD2 are split?

Yes, because WXPN-HD2 is a completely seperate station from WXPN. - NeutralhomerTalk18:25, 18 November 2011 (UTC)[reply]

Well someone has now merged WXPN-HD2 to this article (and I'm not sure if they sought any consensus). — Preceding unsigned comment added by 2601:4A:101:8610:C5B8:596D:5808:2B4B (talk) 23:46, 9 June 2015 (UTC)[reply]

Split of WXPN and WQHS?

[edit]

Though they share a common descendant the two stations have long been independent (30+ years) - WXPN is a professional NPR affiliate and WQHS is the student run station. They currently have no relation and should not be covered in a single article. The move in December 2011 to merge the 2 articles seems to have been made with no discussion or consensus. - AKeen (talk) 05:36, 23 March 2012 (UTC)[reply]
