Delete this[edit]

I have proposed that this article be deleted. The only prominent meaning seems to belong in Wiktionary, and none of the article is sourced as of this proposal. ~ Jafet (spam) 11:35, 9 April 2008 (UTC)[reply]

It appears that there is no clear consensus for deletion. In that case, I have removed parts I find unencyclopedic or non-notable. ~ Jafet (spam) 13:29, 16 April 2008 (UTC)[reply]
It's my nickname (but only because I work in IT and 99% of what I do all day is beyond non-IT peeps) so I think this should stay. In my case it's used (so they claim ofc!) because they equate words they can't understand to blathering... so the article is accurate, even if I have mates who use it inaccurately. —Preceding unsigned comment added by 217.155.13.201 (talk) 16:01, 10 September 2008 (UTC)[reply]
I too work in IT and believe this article should be kept. Although what I'm saying would make perfect sense to the IT speaker, most others hear it as waffling. Also, where else does the name Genevieve pop up in Wikipedia? Shtanto (talk) 20:15, 22 August 2012 (UTC)[reply]

Added References[edit]

I made waffles for Mothers' Day today, and a conversation about waffle (the food) versus waffling (the critique of speech) ensued. It seems that there are enough viewers of this page that it's a worthwhile Wikipedia entry. I improved the entry by adding a couple of citations. Sorry if I did anything wrong: this is my first Wikipedia contribution. —Preceding unsigned comment added by Dlchaiken (talkcontribs) 05:30, 10 May 2010 (UTC)[reply]

Article Tiouc[edit]

The first paragraph of this article is completely unrelated to the second in all but name. First it discussed rambingm and then does a U-Turn to indecision. What is this article about‽ I can do stuff! (talk) 05:48, 10 June 2024 (UTC)[reply]
