lookin good, one of my favorite music events of all time, nice sound in a river flat paddock with lots of rain forest to absorb and reflect the sound in different ways. I got a touch of sunstroke and went to bed in my Commer van early, but got up later on and grooved... I recall being woken up the next morning with 'Wish You Were Here' playing on the P/A, a beautiful way to start a day. thanks Peter.moza 09:33, 5 June 2006 (UTC)[reply]

Have to say we were real green when we did the Waikino festival. It wasn't expected to run into the evening so we didn't even have any stage lighting. Fortunately one of the bands had a lighting rig onboard their truck so we used that. I was stage manager and compare all in one, so the nerves dogging me big-time. Hadn't been on a stage since I use sing Elvis Presley and Tom Jones cover songs in the late 60's as a 15 year old in a Tahitian nightclub in Vanuatu ;-). Peter Posa was a big hit in the Pacific in those days. lol (Mombas 07:35, 8 June 2006 (UTC))[reply]
